Research Interests
I work on quantum measurement and control and its applications in quantum networks, and various physical realizations such as nano-electro-mechanical systems (QNEMS). I also study the modelling of open quantum systems which is important in all aspects of quantum technologies, as well as the connections between information and thermodynmaics.

While I am an Adjunct Prof. at UMass Boston, my full-time position is at the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD.
